Just had a total knee replacement. everyone warned me the worst part would be the physical therapy–in the hospital and home therapy they were right. Fortunately started with Christine 5 days after the hospital and she has made it virtually painless and the knee is coming along fantastically. Lots of gain without the pain!! Anyone getting a knee replacement, I strongly urge you to forgo home therapy and just head straight to Horizons. You’ll be glad you did and your knee will be much happier! JH
