My doctor referred me to Horizons Therapy for chronic back pain/scoliosis and pelvic floor therapy, and I received excellent, effective, very professional treatment from Valerie for both of these problems plus some other issues. After several weeks of fascial counterstrain therapy my back pain, and stiffness was substantially relieved. It felt like I had a normal back. Walking is much more comfortable for me now. The exercises I was given are challenging but are already increasing my strength and improving my balance. Great thanks to Valerie and all the staff at Horizons.
